On November 26, Beijing-based humanoid robot company Noetix Robotics completed nearly 200 million RMB in Pre-B+ round financing, led by CICC Capital, with Yuntai Capital and Houwei Capital participating. The funds will be used to increase investment in technological innovation and research and development, broaden ecological cooperation in high-value application scenarios and streamline the pathway from R&D to large-scale production and delivery.

Following the completion of nearly 300 million RMB in Pre-B round financing led by Fangguang Capital on October 26, this latest injection of nearly 200 million RMB marks a significant acquisition within less than a month, bringing the total financing amount to nearly 500 million RMB. Additionally, the cumulative five rounds of financing within the year vividly reflect the market’s confidence in its technological foresight and its ability to commercialize.

Upon announcing the financing, Noetix Robotics officially unveiled its strategic partnership with the leading programming education provider “Coding Cat.” Both parties will jointly invest resources to create a forward-looking “Humanoid Robot Programming Education Laboratory.” This move represents a deep ecological collaboration, as Noetix Robotics integrates its humanoid robot products as a core platform with Coding Cat’s channel network covering over 70,000 primary and secondary schools nationwide, its mature K12 programming curriculum system, and a user base of over 43 million RMB.

This not only represents a critical strategic entry for Noetix Robotics into the education market but also signifies that the company has begun to participate in and actively define the hardware and software standards for youth robot programming during the early stages of the industry.
