Maintenance Terms
I. Scope of Application
- This maintenance policy applies only to the robotic products purchased for personal use and not for resale from authorized channels of Noetix Robotics.
- These terms apply only to mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Maintenance policies for other countries or regions shall be established according to local laws. Noetix Robotics reserves the right to revise these terms based on laws, regulations and product updates. The revised terms will be announced on the official platform.

II. Warranty Period
- The warranty period begins from the date you receive the complete Noetix Robotics system and related products.
- After the warranty period, you can choose to purchase extended warranty services or paid repairs to obtain professional maintenance support.
- During the warranty period, any modifications, disassembly or opening of the product without permission from Noetix Robotics will immediately void the warranty.
- Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.) does not affect the calculation of the warranty period, but the maintenance handling will be evaluated based on the specific situation and the free warranty policy may not fully apply.
- If Noetix Robotics releases a product software update and clearly requires timely updates to maintain warranty rights and the user fails to update as required, resulting in product malfunction, the warranty period will continue to be calculated, but this factor will be considered when determining fault and repair methods.
III. Definition of Free Warranty
- Scope of free warranty: Within the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to its own quality issues, it falls within the scope of free warranty.
- Non-free warranty scope: Damages caused by the following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
- Exceeding the warranty period.
- Damages caused by improper use, such as dropping, crushing, water immersion, violent operation, etc.
- Product malfunctions caused by using non-Noetix Robotics original parts.
- Damages caused by human factors that do not pertain to the product's own quality issues.
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly or damage after opening the product.
- Damages caused by installation, use and operation not following the product manual's guidelines.
- The warranty seal or label on the product has been maliciously altered or damaged, affecting the warranty determination.
- Using the product for experiments or operations beyond its designed purpose, resulting in damage to its structure or functionality.
- Damage caused by self-repairing or replacing parts without official guidance.
- Damage caused by circuit modifications not following official instructions, improper use of battery packs and chargers.
- Using operational guidelines not issued by Noetix Robotics, leading to performance issues or damage to the product.
- Damage caused by connecting external devices not certified by Noetix Robotics, resulting in circuit shorts or other malfunctions.
- Data loss or hardware failure due to unexpected power outages and failure to restart according to specified procedures.
- Damage caused by operation in harsh environments (such as strong magnetic interference, rainy weather, sand and dust, wetlands, complex terrain, etc.).
- Damage caused by operation in areas with sharp, uneven terrain.
- Using the product outside the specified altitude range, resulting in decreased performance or damage due to factors such as air pressure.
- Drop damage occurring outside of robot operation on relatively flat terrain, except for falls.
- Damage caused by exceeding the safe weight limit.
- Damage caused by various forms of violence or non-violence applied when exceeding the robot's anti-interference limit.
- Damage caused by unauthorized use of non-original battery packs for power supply.
- Damage caused by insufficient discharge due to using battery packs with quality issues or when the power is insufficient.
- Failure to send the item needing repair within the specified time after contacting Noetix Robotics to confirm warranty service.
- Damage caused by operational errors resulting in the product colliding with hard objects or falling, with obvious marks of impact or scratches on the surface.
- Obvious signs of dust, sand, water or metal powder intrusion inside the product.
- Exposing the product to an environment with chemically corrosive substances, causing corrosion damage to the casing or internal components.
- Using the product in a humid environment, with water stains on the surface and inside and signs of corrosion on components and circuit boards.
- Irreparable cosmetic damage affecting internal component connections caused by scratching the product's screen or casing with sharp objects.
- Unauthorized modification of key information such as the serial number and identification code of the product without the permission of Noetix Robotics, resulting in abnormal product identity recognition.
- After the product emits obvious abnormal warning signals (such as abnormal noise, strange odors, etc.), continuing to use it will exacerbate the faults.
- Damage caused by users developing high-level or low-level programs in developer mode, such as high-level development integrating visual system control leading to collisions or drops and low-level development controlling motors impacting joint limits, etc.
IV. Details of Maintenance Services
- For repairs and maintenance not caused by the original product design and manufacturing, Noetix Robotics will charge relevant fees. Noetix Robotics does not currently delegate or authorize any third party to perform product maintenance and repair. For after-sales needs, please contact us directly.
- During maintenance, Noetix Robotics has the right to access your device to provide necessary support. If you conduct secondary development on the product, please back up your data to ensure data security before obtaining after-sales warranty service.
- When warranty services involve the replacement of product parts, the replaced parts belong to Noetix Robotics, while the new parts belong to you. Only unmodified products and parts can be replaced. Replaced parts may not be brand new but are guaranteed to be in good working condition, with performance equal to the replaced parts and entitled to the same warranty service within the original product warranty period.
V. Other Provisions
- You must bear the transportation costs and risks of sending the product to the designated repair point of Noetix Robotics.
- After Noetix Robotics receives the product requiring warranty service, it will conduct an inspection to determine the issue and responsibility. If it meets the conditions for free repair, Noetix Robotics will cover the inspection fees, material costs, labor fees and return shipping costs.
- If the product inspection finds that it does not meet the conditions for free repair, you may choose to pay for repairs or have the original machine returned, with the return shipping costs borne by you.
- If the product issue does not fall within the scope of free warranty, we will charge you for inspection fees, parts replacement fees, testing fees, labor fees and shipping fees based on the specific situation.
- Product repairs may lead to data loss, please back up your data in advance.
- Please do not send back severely damaged battery packs; if they are sent back, Noetix Robotics will dispose of the battery and will not provide a refund.
- Noetix Robotics offers a differentiated after-sales service system for different types of products, allowing you to choose a repair method based on product characteristics.
- Noetix Robotics products are highly intelligent and provide remote assistance and debugging services; you can contact us anytime if you encounter problems during use.
