Before using the Noetix Robotics products, please make sure to carefully read this disclaimer as well as the relevant operation manuals, guides and other documents related to the products. This will help you fully understand your rights, responsibilities and safety precautions while using the product. Once you use this product, it indicates that you have fully understood, acknowledged and accepted all contents of this statement. Please strictly follow the product usage guidelines. The user is responsible for their own actions and any consequences arising from them.

I. Usage Restrictions and Risk Notifications

1. Applicable Audience:

• This product is not a toy and is not suitable for individuals under 18 years of age. Please avoid allowing children to come into contact with the product and exercise extra caution in scenarios where children are present to prevent accidents.
• Adults with cognitive or mobility impairments must use the product under the supervision of a capable guardian; otherwise, Noetix Robotics will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from self-judgment or operational mistakes.
• Individuals who have not undergone training in operating Noetix Robotics products should use the product for the first time under the guidance of professionals. If problems arise due to self-directed operations, the user will bear full responsibility.

2. Risks of Special Scenarios:

• It is prohibited to use this product in the presence of infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, disabled individuals or in crowded scenarios (with a distance of less than 1 meter). If any personal injury or property damage occurs due to non-compliance in the above scenarios, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any resulting losses or consequences.
• The use of this product is strictly prohibited in medical locations, gas stations or other special hazardous areas. Noetix Robotics is not responsible for any safety accidents caused by the use of the product in these locations.
• Using this product in areas that are too dark or too bright, severely affecting visual judgment, may pose risks. Users must evaluate and assume responsibility for any consequences.

3. Risks of Product Maintenance and Modification:

• Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product or performing repairs not officially recognized by Noetix Robotics, is strictly prohibited. Any equipment failures, damage or safety issues and losses arising from unauthorized disassembly, modification or unofficial repairs shall be borne by the user.
• Any alterations or damages to the product's appearance, identification, serial number or other key information may result in loss of warranty eligibility and other issues. Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.
• Using tools or equipment not provided or recommended by Noetix Robotics for product-related operations, such as installation or commissioning, will result in the user assuming responsibility for any malfunctions or damage to the product.

4. Environmental Usage Restrictions:

• This product is strictly prohibited from being used in abnormal environments such as high temperatures, extreme cold, chemical corrosion, immersion in water or strong electromagnetic interference. Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any product damage, malfunction or other adverse consequences caused by using the product in unconventional environments.
• Using this product in areas with excessively high or low altitudes, beyond the product's design specifications, may affect product performance or even cause damage. The consequences arising from this are the responsibility of the user.
• Using the product for an extended period in a high-humidity and poorly-ventilated environment may lead to internal components being damaged by moisture. Noetix Robotics will not be responsible for such damage.

5. Normal Wear Risks:

• During normal use of the product, the natural wear of components and battery aging are considered to be within a reasonable range of wear. Failures, performance degradation and other issues arising from normal wear are regarded as risks of normal product use and Noetix Robotics will not bear corresponding responsibilities.
• As the product is used over time, the surface coating may show signs of natural wear and fading. This is considered normal  and Noetix Robotics does not provide additional repair or replacement services.
• Certain easily damaged components built into the product, although within the scope of normal use, may require early replacement due to factors such as frequency of use and usage method. The costs and related consequences arising from this are to be borne by the user.

6. Software Usage Risks:

• If the product is equipped with related software, Noetix Robotics will not be responsible for issues such as system crashes, data loss or compatibility problems that occur during software use, unless they are caused by quality issues with Noetix Robotics products themselves. Users should regularly back up important data and ensure compliance with the software license agreement.
• Unauthorized tampering with the software, such as cracking or reverse engineering without official permission from Noetix Robotics, leading to software malfunction or other security issues, is the user's responsibility.
• Software updates may bring new features or fix known issues but may also lead to compatibility problems due to user device environments. If issues arise from software updates, Noetix Robotics will assist in troubleshooting but will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused.

7. Network Connection Risks:

• When the product needs to connect to the internet, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any failure to use the product normally due to interruptions in network services, network attacks, problems with internet service providers or situations such as data breaches or losses. Users should ensure the safety and stability of their network environment.
• When connecting the product to a public wireless network, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for issues such as data breaches or malicious control of the product caused by the insecurity of public networks. Users should carefully choose their network environment.
• If the user sets the network parameters incorrectly, resulting in the product being unable to connect to the internet or other network-related failures, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable. Users should troubleshoot and resolve the issues themselves.

8. Risks of Peripheral Device Compatibility:

• If the product needs to be used with other peripheral devices, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any damage to the product or failure to operate normally due to quality issues or compatibility problems of the peripheral devices. Users should ensure that the peripheral devices are compatible with this product and meet relevant quality standards.
• For peripheral device brands and models not recommended by Noetix Robotics, if problems arise during use with the product, Noetix Robotics shall not be liable and users should negotiate the resolution with the peripheral device suppliers themselves.

II. Compliance Usage Declarations

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Users must ensure strict compliance with various national and local laws and regulations when using this product, including but not limited to export controls and economic sanctions. All legal responsibilities arising from the violation of laws and regulations while using the product shall be borne by the user.
• During the use of the product, if it involves data transmission, storage or other activities, users should ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations. Noetix Robotics shall not be liable for any legal disputes arising from data violations.
• Users shall comply with industry norms and standards. Any adverse consequences resulting from the use of the product in violation of industry-specific operational norms and standards shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Prohibited Uses:

• It is strictly forbidden to use this product to support terrorism, illegal nuclear facilities, biological weapons or any actions that jeopardize national security or to develop or produce weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems. If the user applies the product for the aforementioned prohibited purposes, Noetix Robotics will cooperate with relevant authorities for investigation and hold the user legally accountable.
• The product must not be used for any acts that infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, such as piracy or plagiarism; otherwise, the user will bear legal responsibilities arising from such infringement.
• The product must not be used for any form of commercial fraud activities. Noetix Robotics will not be responsible for any legal consequences or economic compensation resulting from commercial fraud.

3. User Qualification Requirements:

• The user must confirm that they are not subject to any international sanctions or trade restrictions. Noetix Robotics will not be liable for any inability to use the products and services due to user qualification issues.
• If the industry or business in which the user is engaged has special regulatory requirements, the user must ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. Noetix Robotics will not be responsible for any inability to use the products or other issues arising from non-compliance.

III. Limitation of Liability Statement

1. Product Performance and Effects:

• Although Noetix Robotics is committed to providing high-quality products, it does not make absolute guarantees regarding the performance and effectiveness of the products in specific scenarios. Actual usage effects may vary due to factors such as operating environment and methods. Users should exercise caution and use the products according to their needs.
• Some features of the product may require specific external conditions or environmental support to achieve optimal performance. If the performance is compromised due to unmet external conditions, Noetix Robotics shall not be held responsible.
• Due to the differences in users' expectations and standards regarding product performance, if the product performance meets industry standards and the descriptions in the product manual, but still does not meet the expectations of individual users, Noetix Robotics shall not be held responsible.

2. Third-Party Products and Services:

• If the use of the product involves third-party products or services (such as third-party software, cloud services, etc.), Noetix Robotics shall not be responsible for the quality, safety or stability of third-party products or services. Users shall assert their rights against third parties for any issues or losses arising from third-party products or services.
• Noetix Robotics only provides links or access methods to third-party products or services. Noetix Robotics shall not be responsible for the authenticity or legality of the content, advertisements, promotions and other information of third-party platforms.
• If changes to the terms of third-party products or services or termination of services cause some functions of the product to be unusable or affected, Noetix Robotics shall not be held responsible and users should communicate with third parties for resolution in a timely manner.

IV. Other statements

1. Right of Interpretation:

• To the extent permitted by law, Noetix Robotics reserves the final right of interpretation of this statement.
• For situations or disputes not explicitly provided for in this statement but occurring during the use of the product, Noetix Robotics has the right to interpret and determine based on industry practices and legal provisions.
• If there is a conflict between the interpretation of this statement and legal regulations, the legal regulations shall prevail and Noetix Robotics will promptly revise the content of the statement.

2. Changes to the Statement:

• Noetix Robotics has the right to amend or adjust this statement based on actual circumstances without prior notice. Users should regularly check this statement to understand the latest content. If users continue to use the product after the statement has changed, it is regarded as acceptance of the new statement content.
• If the changes to the statement involve significant adjustments that may affect user rights, Noetix Robotics will strive to issue notifications through official channels, but the updated statement content shall ultimately prevail.
• After changes to the statement, if users have objections to the new content, they should immediately stop using the product and contact Noetix Robotics for resolution. Continuing to use the product will be regarded as acceptance of the new statement content.
