Noetix Robotics Raises Nearly 500 Million Yuan in One Month
Nov 26, 2025

On November 26, Noetix Robotics announced the completion of nearly 200 million yuan in Pre-B+ round financing, with this round led by CICC Capital and followed by Yuntai Capital and Houwei Capital.

"This round of financing will be used to increase investment in technological innovation and research and development, expand ecological cooperation in high-value application scenarios and open pathways from research and development to large-scale mass production delivery," said Noetix Robotics.

Including this round of financing, Noetix Robotics has completed five rounds of financing this year, with a very dense financing pace. On October 26, Noetix Robotics announced the completion of nearly 300 million yuan in Pre-B round financing led by Fangguang Capital. The interval between its last two rounds of financing is less than a month, with a total financing amount of nearly 500 million yuan.

Jiang Zheyuan

The company that has attracted many capital investments possesses a highly "young" gene. Noetix Robotics was established in September 2023 and its founder and chairman, Jiang Zheyuan, was born in 1998, entering Tsinghua University’s Department of Electronic Engineering with the 28th score in Beijing during the college entrance examination. In 2023, during his third year of doctoral study at Tsinghua, Jiang Zheyuan chose to drop out to found a robotics company.

Though established for a short time, Noetix Robotics has launched multiple cost-effective humanoid robot products. In addition to the "Kid Brother" N2, which debuted at the half-marathon this year, Noetix Robotics recently released another new product—Bumi. Bumi is also relatively "mini," standing 94 cm tall and weighing about 12 kg, with over 21 degrees of freedom, capable of executing complex actions like walking, running and dancing and integrates smooth voice interaction and zero-threshold graphical programming functions.

Bumi

In the humanoid robot market, where prices often reach hundreds of thousands or even millions of yuan, Bumi's launch price is only 9,998 yuan. After going online on JD.com on October 23, Bumi sold 100 units in one hour, with the first batch of 500 units selling out within two days. As of November 26, several thousand units of Bumi have been sold online and offline.

Recently, in an interview with media including Shanghai Securities News, Jiang Zheyuan stated: "We made the size smaller for two reasons: first, to maximize cost-performance ratio; second, in the physical world, a product's motion performance is inversely proportional to its size. Under the same fluid density, smaller robots have better motion performance. A smaller size is crucial for cost control and robot friendliness."

"We firmly believe that the future of humanoid robots lies in large-scale applications and the premise for scalability is precise product definition and clear user value," Jiang Zheyuan noted. He explained that the strategic significance of Bumi lies in its precise entry into a "quasi-consumer-grade" blue ocean market. "Our strategy is not to grab existing market share but to open up incremental markets and expand market boundaries."

To this end, Noetix Robotics has increased the self-research ratio of core components and conducted deep vertical integration on the supply chain side. Noetix Robotics employs self-developed domain controllers, which not only achieve deep optimization on the cost side but also enhance the performance and efficiency of the computing platform. Additionally, they have explored innovative materials and structures, fully optimizing structural design and extensively using composite materials to achieve extreme lightweighting while ensuring core strength.

According to reporters, Noetix Robotics's order volume is steadily increasing, having achieved this year's sales targets while preparing for mass production. It is expected that by the end of this year, its monthly delivery capacity will reach 500 units.

At the same time as launching new hardware, Noetix Robotics officially announced its strategic partnership with the leading programming education platform "Coding Cat". Both parties will invest resources to create a forward-looking "Humanoid Robot Programming Education Laboratory". Noetix Robotics will integrate its humanoid robot products as the core platform with Coding Cat's channel network, which covers more than 70,000 primary and secondary schools nationwide, its established K12 programming curriculum system and a user base exceeding 43 million.
